From breakfast to dinner, some kind of alcoholic beverage was a staple of the colonial diet.  Discover the process of brewing and distilling from our experts and uncover how beer, cider, and spirits were used for food, flavoring, and medicine.  Samples are available for those 21+.  IDs will be checked at the door.
